This wouldnt normally get network status but its so funny that i thought everyone should read, heres the article from Gamespy (http://uk.gamespy.com/articles/726/726885p1.html):

18-year-old Kyle Ramer and 21-year-old Sam Hess probably weren't the brightest kids in school. These two young men from Berryville, Arkansas, have been charged with theft by the Berryville Police Department. They allegedly stole $1,200 worth of video games from the local Wal-Mart and then tried to sell the hot loot to a GameStop next door.

According to an article in the Carroll County News, Ramer and Hess were caught on Wal-Mart security cameras stuffing video games down their pants. A Wal-Mart employee was able to match the store's missing inventory to a large amount of games that were recently traded in by the two men to the nearby GameStop store. Not only were these guys apparently dumb enough to commit this crime in front of a camera, but they were also too lazy to drive to a GameStop in another area to reap their unjust rewards.

Thanks to Hawq for the Tip, Now how funny is that :D

I just want to know One thing.

How in the Hell did they manage to steal $1,200.00(USD), worth of Video Games form a Wal-Markt?

I'll assume most yous' have been in One to know that they tend to keep those Games locked-up behind a Glass Case, so as to discourage this kind of behavior.

So again just how Hell could Two Morons pull this off, and then were able to actually leave the Store?
I guess Barrny the Door-greater had to take a P*ss-break huh??

BTW: ROTFLMFAO!!!

Did they steal 1200 dollars worth of games? or did they get 1200 dolars from game stop?

if a games costs 40 bucks at walmart, they would have to steal 30 games.

If they got 10 dollars per game at gamestop, they would have to steal at least 120 games.

you would think that the wal-mart would notice that much crap was missing, but wal-mart IS run mostly by cripples and degenerates... am I right?

Wal-Mart doesn’t deserve the revenue anyway, same for Gamestop. Gamestop is the worse place to buy anything game related. Their return policy is horrible and they were trying to give me .25 cents for my ps2 game I wanted to trade in... the #*ckers. I say boycott Gamestop till they actually show some customer appreciation.

Well Walmart keeps most their console games behind glass, but almost all the PC games are out in the open where I am.

From the offical report (http://www.eurekaspringstimesecho.com/articles/2006/08/21/news/we2.txt) it says

"I watched the video of the suspects putting CDs down their pants," he said, "and was able to identify them."

I assume they basically started opening the PC games and shoving the discs/disc cases down their pants, and then putting the boxes back. Which wouldn't be too hard because here I notice most of the time there's noone around the games section besides kids parents drop off to play on the demo machines while they shop.

Yer, and before anyone asks, you can swim in it...

It is set in 1972, and you will need to use all your wit and cunning in order to steal the 'pong' cartridge... Which is the size of a microwave.

Out December 2006.

Game Theft Auto: Wal-mart.

Actually that's quite true...Stealing anything $1000 and up is considered "Grand Theft" (At least in the USA). These idiots are going to prison for at least 1 year.

On another note, they must have some BIG pants!!!
