custom font installed on 2.71 (emulated from 1.50)

Hey i heard that installing custom font, .rco's etc does not write to the flash because its from Devhook and its all safe. I want to install custom font on my 2.71 emulated firmware i've found a couple online but i wanna make my own and just drag it to the dh/271 folder anyone know any good apps to use to do this?

Oh I remember seeing a great guide on psp-hacks.com on how to mod the font, gameboot, etc. on Dev Hook. Here it is:
