best way to learn how to program is taking a class. i took one in high school, and i came out knowing how to make a game in VB, along with various other aplications i made. the tutorials should still work. it's like photoshop i have 7.0, but i use tutorials that are not ancient. the diference between the 2005 and any other one isn't noticable when your first learning.

im going into high school in 2 years, and im going to take programming, but i want to get a head start. i was looking at one tutorial, and it said to click on stuff that 2005 didnt have. can u give me a link on a tutorial forr 2005, or where to get vb 6? it said to click on the "make a .exe" option, but 2005 only has a "create a windows app" option.
