Pac-Man has a pack of ghostbusting bombs in Pac-Man Championship Edition DX. Toss one of these to send all of the ghosts back to the middle of the maze.
Namco Bandai also gave Pac-Man a time-bending power. When a ghost gets to close an automatic slowdown effect activates giving players a chance to steer Pac-Man in a different direction.
pac-Man Championship Edition DX introduces a new kind of sleeping ghost. These enemies wake up and chase Pac-Man when he passes through them. Run through more ghosts and you’ll eventually have a ghost conga line, like the first screenshot. Pac-Man can turn the tables by chomping down on a power pellet and turning around, prepared to eat the entire ghost train.
Pac-Man Championship Edition DX is coming to PlayStation Network and Xbox Live Arcade later this year.
