Brunni (http://www.dcemu.co.uk/vbulletin/member.php?u=6384) has released a new version of his Sega Master System/Game Gear emulator for the PSP, heres whats new:
I've fixed the blank bar to the left of the screen, it is now available as an option in Video > Render and it's disabled by default

Thanks Brunni, your a bloody ledgend :)
I just realised even the PC SMS emu I have shows those bars, I'm assuming thats how the actual hardware displays and most old tvs just cut off the edges of the image.
Thanks for fixing what I guess wasnt an emulator bug at all, with that bar gone I honestly cannot fault this emulator in any way. Some dam fine work.

Thank you for your comments ^^
Is it possible to create a page at dcemu for it, just like this one (http://psp-news.dcemu.co.uk/gameboyemupsp.shtml) for example? What should I do?

I'm sure wraggster would be happy to make you up a similar release page if you sent him a quick PM.
Someone with a custom firmware want to help by uploading some screenshots, get a couple of the fantastic UI if you can. Cheers
