That's current news. He had originally been planning on making the next release the final release, then thought he'd make a quick beta release, but he doesn't have the time right now so it's been delayed again.

I personally don't feel the need to start a new thread everytime NJ updates his site, so I usually post translations of any changes in the newest release thread, ie:http://www.dcemu.co.uk/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=32234&page=18 Full translations there.
