Just a small update. A found a lot of people were disapointed by the split second display, so this version allows you to add(or decrease) the viewing time.

If you don't know what HelloPRX is, it is a custom firmware mod that will display a custom message on start up. Its only text for now, so be creative with the ASCII graphics.

Here is the video(thanks once again to mupet0000) from v01(in v.01.5 you can have it display longer)

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7mFK2p_xtR0

HelloPRX features (in v.01.5)
- a custom display message on boot-up
- add(or decrease) the veiwing time
- change the location of the message.txt

no, you need 1.5 to have custom firmware

and @ DragonPimpsta:
i believe this is 100% safe, as no flash access at all,,

the only 'dangerous' part may be actually installing the custome firmware (which i beleve is 99.9% safe)

yes if you downgrade then use a custom fimware patch( i suggest harley-g as that has the best features and is really easy to use) but be warned downgrades and custom firmwares do have risks but i would say the benifits outway the very slim risks, just do a little bit of research before attempting any of these

well if you are using a custom firmware that allows you to use them you need to edit the file called config.txt which is found in ?:\PSP\SYSTEM and where
#loadmodule2 = "blahblah"
is you should paste
loadmodule2 = "ms0:/PSP/SYSTEM/HelloPRX/Hello.prx
over the line above and make sure there is no # at the start of the line and it should work, good luck

this is now outdated,
it was made before the OE firmwares, or RCO customizing, or cIntro, so not much use in it now.

this was for the 1.5 POC custom firmwares
i believe 0.01 works with OE, but .02 doesn't
