Released new version DreamShell NG v3.0.0.500 from SWAT (Russia)
Now it has graphic interface though it inheres as far back as beta version, are they also corrected some commands and are added new.

What is it?

I'm struggling to understand what this is. From the screenshot, it looks like an operating system of sorts, with a Mac OS style dock at the bottom. Curious thing is, it seems to have a web browser (or simply an IE icon leading to nowhere, functionality is never present in a screenshot), and a bunch of other such things.

But in reality, it's probably just a launcher. I really have no idea, though.

From the translation, I can glean that I was right about the OS bit. On-screen keyboard, I think, some multimedia and archive support. I don't quite get it, however. I guess I'd have to try it out for myself, but I'm out of CD-R's.
