It seems a Chinese factory worker working at the factory, pulled a 3DS off the production line and posted some "sexy" pics and even a video of Nintendo's new 3DS.

*UPDATE 1/4/2011*
More pictures have been attached and here (http://www.dcemu.co.uk/vbulletin/showpost.php?p=2148383294&postcount=4). According to some members over at Nintendo 3DS Forums (http://3dsforums.com/nintendo-3ds-3/nintendo-3ds-smuggled-off-site-2899/index8.html), the "factory worker" isn't really a worker afterall. He claims to be a regular gamer. How he got it out is still a mystery. Is this Nintendo's publicity stunt to get more attentiona and hype?

I wonder what happened to the backplate of the 3DS? I know it's an unreleased product and all but just curious. Unless it was just removed so one could see the battery inside. Also I can see this prone to smudges and scratches, better get screen protectors before I buy one when the console is officially released.

I would assume the unit was pocketed before it got to the "attach bottom-plate" step of manufacturing.

I'm liking the size-- I'd definitely plan on using it as a camera if i get it. I'm still worried about those "don't play for more then 30 minute or your eyes'll die" warnings, though.
