You need:
-Your Eboot.PBP
-PRXEncrypter Download (http://www.psp-hacks.com/2011/01/17/prxencrypter-released/)
-PBP Unpacker Download (http://www.psp-hacks.com/file/97)
-for some Homebrews the fix-relocatorDownload (http://wololo.net/talk/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=1381&start=250#p21345)
Lets go:
At first,you need to extract the DATA.PSP from your EBOOT.PBP with the PBP Unpacker.Then you have to start CMD(Start -> Run -> CMD) And go with cd to the directory,where your DATA.PSP and the fix relocator and prxEncrypter are(e.g. cd C:\Documents and users\XXX\Desktop)
Then you need to fix the relocations(fix-relocations DATA.PSP in CMD) Then sign the DATA.PSP with the prxEncrypter(prxEncrypter DATA.PSP in CMD).If itīs done build an EBOOT.PBP with the PBP Unpacker.
