Does anyone want a port of a emulator of a really, really old console or system? Now I'm not promising anything and I am wanting to get into emulation. So give an idea (and I mean something pretty archeic :p) and I'll give it a shot :)

There is an SG-1000 emulator? (it's a Sega system, the first one).

try porting dos over? text entry probably the same way you enter text into existing psp memo-taker programs...

Second vote for Atari 7800. Vectrex and Intellivision would be nice too.

Ok, guys... Well I am leaning toward a Odyssey/Odyssey 2 emulator or a MAME emulator... But I'm not garunteeing anything! As of now I'm working on...some other stuff..... So give me some time as I am doing about 2-3 projects right now. But I most defiantely want todo one of these if I can!

Ok, DOS is out of the question until I further my skills in emulation and c/c++.... So for now, no! :P

er, the age of a system certainly dosnt have anything to do with how hard it is to emulate. And an x86, or DOS emulator is somthing that not many people want to take the time to port from one type of chipset to another. As the Xbox is an x86 machine to begin with, it was probably not very difficult. But take for example the x86 dreamcast emulator. The coding was there, but the complexity of the chipset your trying to emulate with software is just too much. Please correct me if you think im wrong.

commodore 64 doesnt seem to work for me in its current state n the psp. psp vice just exits, and the other one doesnt recognize roms or find them.
