The NES emulator HalfNES (http://code.google.com/p/halfnes/) has been updated.

Made sound keep playing while fast forwarding
Rewrote all the frame limiter code again (need to test on a slower machine with XP)
Improved performance by making sure that I wasnīt regenerating the entire tile cache every time the game wrote to the mapper, even if the tiles didnīt change.
