DCEmu Announcement: How to Publish Posts for Front Page News

I have posted a new announcement throughout the forums for everyone who is unfamiliar or with DCEmu's new way of handling news. I know a lot of coders and contributors were unsure on how to get there stuff on the front page so I thought I'd write a quick guide to using DCEmu's fantastic new CMS for posting front page news and releases.

I've been giving a handful of regulars news posting access and I thought it better to make an announcement then to sloppily explain via PM how to post news every time we get a new coder or contributor.

thanks mate it was on my todo list but im back at work now and babysitting baby in the day, my newsposting time is very limited at the moment and always late at nigth

I think I'm going to add a note for users to please format it properly for the front page when copying news from other sites. A few ugly news posts were put up today that needed to be edited or taken off.
