'Voice of Mario' hits London

On September 15 - this Friday - the chap who provides the voice for Nintendo's videogame icon Mario is hitting the Big Smoke.

Charles Martinet will be in Game's Oxford Street store somewhere between 12pm and 4pm on the day, and will be signing limited edition postcards for customers "whilst they wait for Nintendo's official announcement of the details about their forthcoming Wii console!", it says here.

We're guessing he might utter a few famous Mario lines too if people twist his arm hard enough. Or feed him a mushroom or two.

Lol, i was watchin G4 on TV for their E3 coverage, and like outta no where they changed it to the mario voice and all u hear is "Its A Me A Mario" And i laughed so hard... that guy rocks!

im trying to find out what time the official announcement will be made... i can get up2 london on friday but not before 3pm ish... so if the news is later than the signing then ill be able to report it first for Wii+ :D

I'm in London Ill try and get down to Game tomorrow i hope I get out of colledge early to make it before the Wii UK release and price is announced If I do make it Ill have my camera with me to record it if I'm allowed to use it.

So lets hope for the nets sake that some one will have thier camera with them one for the record I say:)
