Design a console!

now...With all these fat cats bringing constant next-gen consoles just dominating the market who could think for an orginal layout for a brand new console completely original which should go down too:

Disc (or not even a disc!) format

an original way of control

release titles

specs

special miscelanneous things (ugh bloomin spelling)

your bios or o/s or intro screen on your console e.g the 360's dashboard

anything else you can possibly think of

I hope i can get some really cool ideas and hopefully some wicked artwork...so get your truespace and photoshop's and have fun!

oh and i will be designing my own.

p.s for the love of god no edited console pics and I really need some original names!!!

I would make a console that looked exactly like the Dreamcast, except with 360 controllers and a DVD drive instead of GD-ROM. And it would be really powerful.

i am a huge fan of cart based systems myself. Zelda would be such a worse experience with the load times associated with discs.

Plus, now a 2gb cart isnt uncommon. Would it be more expensive to produce? Yes. But lack of load times is worth paying for
