Gamecube Fenix Could it be Done?

Im not sure if the source to Fenix DC/GP32 is out and this question is to Chui himself, but is a port of Fenix to the Gamecube Possible ? also if thats possible could you have a similiar system to the GP32/Dreamcast releases where you just change a few items to get games running.

all a little theoretical but i for one would love to know.

(thats why i posted in the private forum instead of the normal ones)

im thinking of having a Fenix Competition for Consoles, Dreamcast GP32 and any others at that time.

Should bring new games and coders to the Fenix scene
