Winrar, Winzip Extractor is an application that will serve to pull content from files. rar and. zip also has a File browser with a nice graphical interface.

Digital Pad Up / Down: move the file browser.
X: Open Directory / Remove content.
Triangle: Go to directory.
Square: Delete file.
Select Information on the application.
