Actually I did. I think you nipped in first as I was writing the post but then I edited it out when I saw the link you posted.

Dunno when the stuff will be in stock, but to be honest I'd say you're better off just playing VCD and mp3 on a computer anyway. Even a lot of cheap DVD players will play both formats nowadays.
