Online takes priority as Valve looks to follow what it believes are market trends
Portal 2 developer Valve has reportedly suggested that the game would be the developer's last single-player game.
The news comes by way of Valve behind-the-scenes chronicler Geoff Keighley who last week published an Apple iPad application (http://www.kotaku.com.au/2011/04/portal-2-wasnt-going-to-include-portals-according-to-ipad-app/) called "The final hours of Portal 2".
In the application Keighley said "Portal 2 will probably be Valve’s last game with an isolated single-player experience," saying he heard this directly from Valve boss Gabe Newell.
