Uh, at a phone store that does sim unlocking? Or you could ask your cellular provider to do that.

Sadly Shrygue he could be living in North America where stores very rarely offer such services. North American carriers almost never offer unlock services as well. So if you're living in North America danyie I recommend trying a site like this (http://www.cellunlock.net/). There may be better ones out there, but this is the only site I've gone through before.

Also, make sure it's a GSM/HSPA phone so it can be unlocked. If you're on a CDMA phone there isn't really anything you can do.

Data cables and software, which the cables if not already provided with your handset can be purchased on eBay and the software usually found via Google. Usually, prompting megaupload or rapidshare in with your search query.

There are tons of tech/phone shops that will do it, they even have 'unlocking' adverts in the window.
