News from Fanjita and Ditlew:

Well, here it is, the first non-flash homebrew game for v2.70-v2.80. It's that old favourite, Tetris! Now that might seem exciting. But it's not all.

This Tetris was built with our other new announcement of today - a mini-SDK for programming simple homebrew on 2.0 - 2.80. Which means that the door is open for more simple homebrew applications to be written for 2.70-2.80.

Full instructions are included in the SDK, that should allow experienced PSP coders to develop their own TIFF-based programs.

Please be aware that this is a restricted environment, due to the extra security in 2.70+. The README.TXT in the SDK explains the implications, but basically the number of available system calls is limited, so only fairly simple programs can be made.

We will follow up with a more fully-featured eLoader in the future, but for now, we thought it would be nice to release this so that 2.70+ users would have something to do while they wait!

This is good news for 2.80 users i believe, at least they would be able to experience a fraction of homebrew as the eloader doesn't seem to be out yet

How hard is it to develop applications for the iphone sdk?How hard will it be to develop apps for the iphone w/ the sdk? Do I need to be a developer to do it or just an average person with some computer knowlege?
