SCEE has said that PSN maintenance previously planned for this evening has been cancelled.

Service outages had been scheduled from 7pm this evening to 1am tonight (June 1), but Sony has said your gaming will now go uninterrupted.

'PSN Network Maintenance that was scheduled to take place this evening from Tuesday 31st May at 19.00 GMT until Wednesday 1st June 01.00 GMT has now been postponed," confirmed Sony.

"Between these times there will no longer be any maintenance occuring and you should be able to sign in as normal. You will still be able to connect and continue your gaming sessions online," it made clear.

There's currently no rescheduled maintenance time.

In earlier news, Sony promised that the PlayStation Store will be back online by the end of the week in Europe, America and parts of Asia.

So instead of getting all the work out the way they gonna postpone these small but necessary jobs so they can say hey look PSN's back up again, but sorry we'll have to take it down 2 days every week for the next few months because we wanted to rush to get PSN up, i remember MS doing something similar and that ended up called RROD.
