Sony has said that Vita's battery will last between three and five hours with the screen at its default setting, with Bluetooth and network features switched off, while using headphones. A full charge, which takes two hours and 40 minutes, will offer five hours of video playback, and nine hours of music.

Technically the same as Psp but realistically far far worse, cos from the specs I've seen it looks like another of them damn unreplacable batteries, so you getting 4 hours play time then nearly 3 hours charge time when it becomes useless.

I was hoping for longer run times but I guess it won't be the case after all. Let's hope that if the battery is all internal it could be replaced easy enough via simple enough disassembly and hope it's not soldered to the logic board.
