The link works Mariopop. We'll just have to wait to see if this is true.

very true i bet there are some ta 082ers that would jump at the thought of a downgrade and maybe spend some cash on it.

It's a fake. Any paid-for downgrader has been fake or some mf trying to make profit of someone else's work.

I'm german, so here's my translation:

There are Software Downgrades, but there is still the PSP Modchip, too. But who doesn't have enough money, or who does not want to open his psp, has now the possibility to "borrow" the chip. The Tuner Service xtrem-tuner.de offers this unique downgrade to a Firmware, you can choose on your own, for 49.99€. So who can't wait has now the possibility to downgrade this way immediately. Our opinion: Somewhat expensive, all this will - hopefully - work in another way. Moreover the company offers an "unbrick-service" for the same price, if you've broken your console by software.

btw: I've never been good at translating, but i hope you understand what they mean...

Thanks for the translation.

As with most sites offering paid downgrade services, its more than likely fake. I think its best if this thread is closed to prevent further publicity.
