Apple has released the iOS 5 update (http://www.apple.com/ios/). To update to iOS 5 just open iTunes with your iDevice connected to your computer and press update. I recommend doing a manual backup of your iDevice (http://www.tekgoblin.com/2011/10/12/ios-5-update-available-now/) and make sure all your apps are transferred."
