lua coding

hey, sorry if this has been asked before, but i was wondering if there are any good tutorials out there for coding in lua, and yes i have been to psp-programming. I tried to do C/C++, but that's way beyond me and lua looks alot easier. Any help would be appreciated, thanks :)
