psp IR SHELL skin problem

Hey,

at first... my english ist very very bad ;)


to my problem:
i want to make my own irshell2.2 skin for the psp.
all gfx and cfg are finished, but i have a problem with "irsmenu.bmp"...
in this file are 2 layers, but its a bmp file.

i try tro safe ist as a "tiff" an than rename in "bmp", but it dosent work.


have you a idea?
