i found this from psp hacks i dont know who made this but it surely isnt mine!

anyway this is a prx that lets u clock devhook to 333mhz and you can use the internet!! the prx is here ready to go, make sure you get a copy of the orginal wlan.prx before you do this just in case it messes up

Ive tested this myself and it works so i dont think its bad its pretty cool if you ask me

Now fully tested, this is confirmed working, (just as tetris999 said) Not to mention it's completely off the hook, I highly recomend this people

In 333 mhz internet mode, even flash runs faster and smoother. I recomend hitting up the newground psp site, http://www.newgrounds.com/togo/psp/
