I have the roms. But the cdbuilder keeps failing. Please help did this years ago, and now my old cd is scratched and messed up. I need help please. Is www.sch3rzo.com down or what I cant figure it out.

What specific error(s) are you receiving?

The only blind suggestions I have are to change the master library location (http://dcemulation.org/?title=NesterDC_SE), or if you are using WinSeven, you may try running the executable in XP compatibility mode.
