how does the star system work?

Your ranking goes up after a set number of posts, you will become a "Junior Member" after 100 posts, a "Full Member" *fnarr fnarr* after 500 posts etc. etc.

I'm not a big fan of these rank systems, it just creates spam and I speak from experience. :)
