Ketchup + Mustard + Mayonaise = Big Mac Type Sauce, so I'd vote for all three. ;)

Mustard!!!!! Ketchup is evil, and mayonnaise goes well with mustard, but I would never sit down and eat it all by itself. There was a time in my life when I would put mustard on everything (and I do mean everything - pears, ice cream, mac and cheese, etc.), and I would also eat mustard all by itself. So, it gets my vote.

IF i had to vote (and not for bbq :'( ) i would have to say mustard. because its good on ham, can you put ketchup on ham and expect it to taste good? no you cannot.
