Spanish Firm Wins Tablet Case Against Apple

A Spanish company has won a legal case against Apple (http://online.wsj.com/article/SB10001424052970203716204577013852223036764.html) and will be able to sell an Android tablet (http://www.nt-k.com/productos/tableta) that Apple had claimed infringes on the iPad patent. It is now seeking damages from Apple (http://fosspatents.blogspot.com/2011/11/apple-loses-ipad-design-lawsuit-against.html) for a temporary seizure of its products by Spanish customs. Furthermore they are pursuing an antitrust complaint against Apple, alleging abusive anticompetitive behavior.
