It's not alone in populating the store with new old RPGs, however. MonkeyPaw Games informed us that Vanguard Bandits (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vanguard_Bandits) will be released in North America on November 15, for $9.99. That puts it right between Chrono Cross and Final Fantasy V.
Vanguard Bandits is a strategy RPG developed by Human Entertainment, and published in North America by Working Designs. Players battle giant robots called ATACs (All Terrain Armored Combatants, of course) in grid-based environments.
