Upcoming THQ title Saints Row: The Third will implement the complete digital arsenal current available to modern publishers.
Joystiq (http://www.joystiq.com/2011/11/11/saints-row-the-third-online-co-op-campaign-and-whored-mode-ga/) has confirmed that the game will include an Online Pass needed to access the game’s multiplayer features. As always, those who buy the game second-hand will have to fork out an additional fee for a new Pass to access the content.
Last week it was revealed that the game would also offer a $19.99 Season Pass (http://www.mcvuk.com/news/read/saints-row-3-season-pass-revealed/087296) that grants buyers discounted access to the all the DLC.
The Season Pass will come free with digital versions of the game purchased directly from THQ’s online store.
