MSX emulator for Android has been updated. Changes:
- added initial portrait mode orientation (set Video->Orientation in the menu);
- optimized assembler rendering routines for portrait mode resolutions;
- fixed crashes on Samsung Galaxy S2;
- the Android SEARCH button will now fast-forward emulation;
- added on-screen button to quickly toggle virtual keyboard;
- fixed a problem with the physical SHIFT button generating "N" character.
