Jet Grind Radio, best DC game. I was playing it today.
The Sonic Adventure games are pretty good.
The numerous fighters (Soul Caliber, Dead or Alive 2)
Sega Smash Pack (Streets of Rage 2 still is awesome)
Rez (crazy hard to explain game)
