And here we thought Nintendo commissioned the real-life Mario Kart kart (http://www.joystiq.com/2011/11/17/nintendo-and-west-coast-customs-bring-mario-karts-to-life/) just so its existence could perpetually tease us forever. In fact the real reason is so some lucky person out there could own this thing; a GameStop patron to be exact.
The kart will be given to a select PowerUp Rewards member. Eligible members simply need to purchase or trade something in during the month of December to be entered into the drawing, either in-store or online. Good luck, because nothing really ties the living room together like a giant, life-sized Mario Kartprop.
