Getting Homebrew ISOs to work VIA the SD card reader??

Anyone have a step by step guide on how to do so? I have a bunch of emulators and homebrew games in CDI format but apparently Dreamshell only likes reading single session ISOs when running off the SD card...Is there a simple way to convert the ISOs so they are bootable off the SD card? I'm thinking of purchasing the reader shortly, but I'd like to gather some info first. Thanks in advance.

Thanks for the info! Just downloaded the SDISO Maker and ordered a reader from Ebay. Can't wait to try this gadget out! Preparing my homebrew ISOs as we speak!
