JPCSP Latest svn builds (2394) - PSP Emulator for Windows

Hello again , new snapshots from svn are here . This time one of the most important feature is the addition of media library (xuggler) into 64-builds , so now videos should work on win64 - linux64 builds as well. Also there are some major fixes in compatibility
