patch for toy commander?

anyone know how i can patch a ntsc copy of toy commander? i've tried the whole FASTBOOT thing and that just went crashing down i really want to play chankast

Umm, I don't think we can talk about "that." Toy Commander probably doesn't even run with Chankast and that's why it doesn't boot.
