Questionnaire

Hi All, I was wondering if anyone would be willing to fill in a questionnaire about online gaming. I am currently in college and this is an important part of my work. I am sorry but it has to be emailed to me which means downloading it and then filling it in using word and attaching it to an email, but if anyone would be willing to do so I would be very greatful. What are you studying that requires this.

I am studying It practitioners course... it is pretty wide in what it convers. This is for one of my units in a report on online gaming... but nobody is emailing me from any of the forums I posted so I basically screwed....:)
