DCRPG Update!

After a while with no updates (sorry people, I have a life, contrary to popular belief :p), I've finally gotten a bit more done with DCRPG.

NPCs now can talk to you, and Characters are finally getting stats. Oh, and everything runs nicely on the Dreamcast still.
