Over a million copies of 3DS RPG Monster Hunter Tri G (http://www.next-gen.biz/filter/all/tags/3247) have been shipped to retailers since its release on December 10, publisherCapcom (http://www.next-gen.biz/filter/all/tags/43) has announced.
The game, an updated version of 2009 Wii title Monster Hunter Tri,sold more than 470,000 units (http://www.next-gen.biz/news/3ds-enjoys-best-ever-week-japan) in its first week on shelves in Japan. Cumulative shipments of the whole series are now in excess of 20 million units.
