3.0.0-6E Problem plz Help!

Hi and Happy New Year,

My little boy updated his firmware to the above and now on his 3ds he gets a message

"An error has occurred. Press and hold the POWER button to turn the system off. Please refer to the Operations Manual for details"

Please is there anyway to fix this error.

sounds like somthing happened whilst the update was installing so its made the ds unplayable this can happen when the power is turned off whilst installing etc the only way to fix it is by sending it into nintendo and contact customer suport. if it only happens when you use applications or the camera it might be another fault also try turning the wifi off as well as that could be causing it to happen as well let me know how you get on :)
