giantpune (http://gbatemp.net/member.php?name=giantpune) has released Casper version 0.1, a new program for the Wii designed to load bootmii from an SD card. You can use this application with the homebrew exploit (http://wiibrew.org/wiki/Category:Homebrew_exploits) of your choice to boot a variety of things, including NEEK, on an otherwise un-modded Wii.
