SOPA Goes Back To the Drawing Board, PIPA Postponed

The issue is not over, however; statements were issued by both Senator Patrick Leahy (http://leahy.senate.gov/press/press_releases/release/?id=467fb8f0-828d-403c-9b7b-8bf42d583c3e) and Rep. Lamar Smith (http://judiciary.house.gov/news/01202012.html) indicating that they still want to find solutions to online piracy, and Smith also wrote an editorial piece for CNN to explain why he thinks such legislation is necessary (http://edition.cnn.com/2012/01/20/opinion/smith-sopa-support/index.html?hpt=hp_bn9).
