View Full Version : Soul Calibur iOS is out - and it's pricey

It's perhaps telling that $12 would seem like a high price to ask of an iOS game amidst the argument that cheap mobile games are diminishing the perceived value of gaming in general.
http://cdn.medialib.computerandvideogames.com/screens/screenshot_276208_thumb_wide300.jpg (http://www.computerandvideogames.com/viewer.php?mode=article&id=276208)But Soul Calibur has released on the iOS App Store and it's $12 price tag does, sure enough, raise an eyebrow.It's a remake of the decade-old Dreamcast game - itself a fantastic title with awesome music and graphics which have been impressively reproduced for Apple's super-thin iDevices. But there are no buttons, so gameplay can only ever be second-rate, right?
So is it worth $12? The link is below if you think it is.
