Not possible, not gonna happen, cannot be done, etc.

GBA files must be run from slot-2, end of story. Software emulation might be possible, but it would not run at full speed and would probably have graphical glitches galore. Furthermore, nobody is going to spend their time on a software GBA emulator when the DS already contains 100% compatible hardware emulation via the GBA slot.

If you've got a slot-1 device, look into the EZ-V 3in1 expansion pack. If you've got the MMD, you're out of luck.
