View Full Version : Japan chart: SoulCalibur 5 struggles, Dragon Age 2 makes top 10

SoulCalibur 5 has entered the weekly Japanese software chart at number two, but sales are well below its predecessor.The latest entry in Namco's beat 'em up series sold a modest 34,328 copies on PlayStation 3 in its first week on shelves, compared to the 74,607 SoulCalibur 4 managed back in 2008.It was beaten to the top spot by last week (http://www.eurogamer.net/articles/2012-02-01-japan-chart-vita-finally-outsells-the-psp)'s number two, Resident Evil: Revelations. It was business as usual over on the hardware chart, with 3DS continuing to dominate. It sold 75,018 units, down from 84,789 last week.PlayStation 3 was a distant second, with flat sales of 23,293, while Vita holds on to third.
