Hey folks last week i posted that Play Asia were selling the new PSP Camera also named Chotto Shot but they dont ship to Europe, well just found a new website that does and with Free Shipping.

Can this camera attachment work on any firmware as the Yes Asia.com ad claims if so I'd love to order it. I never use my digital camera but I always use my PSP!!!!!!!

seems like a nice add-on for the psp but why is it only 1.3 megapixels? sony almost had me sold until i found out about the megapixels

1.3 megapixels is perfectly file if u are keeping the pics on the psp.

i for one see a waste of money here either way. its like having a camera attachment for a phone without one.

if u want a camera, buy a darn camera.

Uhm, this is actually A LOT cheaper than buying a standalone camera. You can't even find a 1.3MP camera anymore... (most are now 4MP or 5MP, and are $100+) Plus, the quality of the PSP camera is pretty good.

Sony could have done better by having the PSP camera at something like over 3MP. I just hope it doesn't require a firmware upgrade to make it work (especially if it's the current one at this time of posting version 2.82).
